Wind was quite cross shore, but took a chance on strong winds and decent swell to head west to L*****g.

And it was the right decision. Side shore winds, no shorebreak, flat between the waves and decent waist to chest high waves lining in. Sailed with a 4m from 2:45 til 5:15pm. It was a really good, comfortable sail, just what the doctor ordered after three days of strong winds. Best wave was 12+ top turns/cut backs. Rode it from the pub to the end of the Green. It didnt have the oomph of big Hove but clean and fun.

Wind ended up a bit more offshore and there was the occasional lull on the inside, but always howling out back. Sunny the whole time so that you had a small rainbow following you in the spray off the back of your board.
